Who or what is your inspiration in business?
My inspiration in business comes from leaders who transform barriers into opportunities, like Melanie Perkins, co-founder of Canva. Her journey resonates with me because she simplified design to make it accessible and affordable, empowering millions. I’m driven by a similar mission: to create technology that empowers nonprofits, breaks barriers, and drives lasting impact. For me, business is about innovation that changes lives and creates equitable opportunities.
How do you stay motivated?
I stay motivated by focusing on the impact of my work. As Mahatma Gandhi said, “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” This philosophy fuels my passion for creating solutions like CARMIS that empower nonprofits and drive meaningful change. Serving a greater purpose and seeing progress—no matter how small—keeps me inspired to innovate and grow.
